Fr. Paul Kottackal

Fr. Paul Kottackal (Sr.) is a member of the Syro-Malabar Major Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly, Kerala, India. Since 2001 he has been working for St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Diocese of Chicago. He is one of the pioneering priests of this new diocese, and having been appointed pastor of St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Church, Los Angeles, from its very inception, he was instrumental in building it up into a full-fledged parish and a community united in love and fellowship.

Fr. Paul was the director of Blessed Mother Teresa Syro-Malabar Mission, Las Vegas too. He was instrumental to start this Mission four years ago ( Website: www.syromalabarlasvegas.com ).
Another Syro-Malabar Mission was started by him very recently in Bakersfield, Fresno. It is named after Blessed Chavara Kuriakose.

He was also the priest chaplain of Providence Tarzana Medical Center one of the prestigious Catholic hospitals in the USA, and also of Mother Gertrude Home, San Fernando, a facility owned and managed by Franciscan nuns.
